Working with the City of Miami Beach, NBWW gained permission to remove an aging, and somewhat rundown hotel for construction of the W Hotel in Miami Beach's Historic District. Its location adjacent to a city park provides an abundance of views for its 400 condo-hotel units.

In cooperation with Yabu Pushelberg, the world renowned interior design firm, and Costas Kondylis of New York, the team has created a state of the art, avant garde guest experience.
