Chris Sanchez is an associate and construction administrator at NBWW. He attended Florida International University and has been in the architectural field for 27 years. Mr. Sanchez was involved in the design and construction stages of multi-family and custom homes for over 17 years before joining NBWW ten years ago.
Since then he has provided construction administration services for such high-end world class hotels as The Ritz-Carlton (The Dilido) at South Beach; The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Residences at Coconut Grove, Florida; and The Tampa Waterside Marriott at Tampa, Florida. He is currently overseeing the construction administration for two high rise condominium projects; Metropolis at Downtown Dadeland and Quantum On The Bay in downtown Miami, Florida.
